Soma Union

Soma Union is a unique and innovative approach to somatic awareness and psychology. At Soma Union, we believe that the mind and body are deeply connected, and that addressing both aspects of our being is essential for optimal health and wellbeing.

Our approach integrates the practices of Yoga, Qi gong, relaxation, meditation, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and psychology to provide a holistic and personalised approach to healing and growth. We believe that by bringing awareness to the sensations and movements of the body, we can access deeper levels of insight and understanding, and ultimately achieve greater self-awareness and empowerment.

Soma Union Classes

All of our Soma Union experiences deliver a ​series of easy to follow warm up exercises ​combining self massage to stimulate the skin ​and muscle circulation, and gentle exercises ​for the body joints.


Breathing exercises to relax the lungs and ​expand the chest cavity, and to calm the mind.


Yoga & Qi Gong exercises to exercise and ​limber up the spine, relax the mind, stimulate ​balance and circulation.
